2.2 Deposits must be paid within two (2) business days of the quotation or invoice being issued. After this period, Propagander reserves the right to release the quoted hire items for public hire.
2.3 The remaining balance of the invoice, together with any applicable security bond, must be paid no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a credit or applied to another booking.
2.5 Full payment must be received prior to collection, delivery or installation of any hire equipment.
2.6 Valid photographic identification is required for all prop hire bookings. Acceptable identification includes a current driver's licence or other government-issued photo identification.
2.7 Payment may be made by credit card, debit card or bank deposit.
3. Security Bond
3.1 Certain hire items require a security bond. Where applicable, this will be advised during the quotation process and included on the client's invoice.
3.2 Subject to these Terms & Conditions, the security bond will be refunded within forty-eight (48) hours following return or collection, provided all hire equipment is returned in its original condition and no loss, theft or damage has occurred.
3.3 The client is responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the hire equipment during the hire period and agrees to pay the full repair or replacement cost together with any reasonable costs incurred by Propagander arising from the damage, loss or theft, including freight, sourcing, labour and administration costs where applicable.
3.4 The client is responsible for ensuring all hire equipment is kept secure, protected from weather where appropriate, and used only for its intended purpose throughout the hire period.
3.5 All hire equipment is inspected prior to collection or delivery to ensure it is clean, safe and presented to Propagander's quality standards.
3.6 Backdrops, plinths, props and hired equipment must not be dismantled, moved, modified or repositioned without the prior written approval of Propagander.
3.7 All hire equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was supplied, allowing for fair wear and tear only.

4.3 Clients collecting hire equipment are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle and transport arrangements are suitable for the size, weight and nature of the hired items.
4.4 Delivery quotations will specify the delivery, installation, collection, labour and any other applicable charges.
4.5 The client must advise Propagander prior to booking of any site conditions or access restrictions that may affect delivery, installation or collection, including but not limited to:
- Stairs
- Uneven ground
- Grass or soft surfaces
- Outdoor locations
- Restricted vehicle access

- Venue access times
- Lift access
- Limited parking
4.6 Failure to provide accurate venue information may result in delays, additional charges or cancellation where access is unsafe or impractical.
4.7 Upon collection, delivery or installation, the client or their authorised representative must inspect the hire equipment. Unless Propagander is notified of any issue before the equipment is used, the hire equipment will be deemed to have been supplied in good order and in accordance with the booking.
5. Minimum Hire
5.1 There is no minimum hire spend for standard local hire bookings.
5.2 Country, regional or interstate deliveries may be subject to a minimum hire value.
5.3 Delivery, transport, installation, collection and labour charges may also apply to country, regional or interstate bookings.

6.2 The approved hire period, including any agreed extension, will be specified on the client's invoice.
6.3 All hire equipment must be returned or made available for collection at the agreed date, time and location unless an extension has been approved in writing by Propagander.
6.4 Requests to extend the hire period must be made before the scheduled return or collection date. Extensions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, as hire equipment may already be reserved for another booking.
6.5 Approved extensions will incur additional hire charges. Additional delivery, collection, transport, labour or administration charges may also apply where changes to the original booking require a revised collection schedule.
6.6 If hire equipment is not returned or available for collection at the agreed date and time and no extension has been approved, Propagander reserves the right to charge:
- Additional hire fees for the extended hire period;
- Additional delivery, collection, transport and labour charges;
- A rebooking fee where an additional collection is required; and
- Any reasonable costs incurred where the delayed return impacts another booking or scheduled delivery.
These charges may be deducted from the security bond where applicable or invoiced separately and are payable immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
6.7 If Propagander is unable to collect the hire equipment because the venue is inaccessible, the equipment has not been made available, or suitable collection arrangements have not been made, additional collection, transport and labour charges may apply.
7. Availability & Substitutions
7.1 Hire equipment is not reserved until the required deposit has been received.

10.2 Hire equipment must not be left exposed to adverse weather conditions that may cause damage or create a safety risk.
10.3 The client is responsible for monitoring weather conditions throughout the hire period and must take appropriate action to protect the hire equipment if weather conditions change.
10.4 Propagander reserves the right to refuse installation, delay installation or remove hire equipment where, in its reasonable opinion, weather conditions make installation or continued use unsafe.
10.5 The client remains responsible for any loss or damage caused by weather exposure where reasonable precautions have not been taken.
10.6 No refund or reduction in hire charges will be provided where hire equipment cannot be used due to adverse weather after delivery and installation has occurred.
